REFUND POLICY

    We offer a "No Questions Asked" warranty period that lasts 14 days from the date when you received the order. If there is an issue with the product during that period, we replace it and cover the shipping. If you received a damaged or defect item purchased directly from signsgift.com or something happens within 14 days, please submit several photos that clearly show the product issues along with your name and original order number to signsgiftcom@yahoo.com. When possible please provide an overall image of the product and close-ups of the defective features.
